Careers with an Fine art Therapy Caste

As a graduate of our Creative Arts in Therapy programme, you'll exist prepared to study:

Fine art therapy majors have interned at Albany Medical Eye, Parsons Child and Family Centre, Ellis Hospital, St . Anne Establish, Wildwood, The Boil, Albany County Jail, public schools and many other locations.

They have gone on to pursue constabulary degrees, Occupational Therapy degrees, to work in higher education, to become doulas, activities directors, recreation therapists, social workers, Creative Arts Therapists and art teachers.

Program Objectives

As an art therapy major, y'all'll larn how to work with various populations to help them access the artistic resources needed to reach their goals.

The goals of the program are to prepare you to:

• enter the workforce with the understanding and skill set to work with people with diverse needs, resource and goals
• continue your studies in graduate school and become licensed in a variety of fields
